Services Provided

ZR Commerce offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Shopify website development, and social media management. Our goal is to provide clients with effective strategies to grow their businesses. All services are subject to the terms outlined in this document.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to their business.
• Cooperate with ZR Commerce by providing timely access to any materials, data, or information required for service execution.

Service Modifications

ZR Commerce reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice. Any significant changes in the scope of work will be communicated to the client in advance.

Payment Terms

• Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated.
• Invoices are generated monthly, or per the agreed contract terms.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, ZR Commerce will cease providing services, and the client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Liability

ZR Commerce will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

Intellectual Property

ZR Commerce retains all rights to any intellectual property developed during the course of providing services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any work produced for clients (such as ad creatives or web development) may be used in ZR Commerce’s portfolio, unless requested otherwise by the client.
